start over

I’m gonna write this in English so that the idiots at Malev understand me, of course if they know English. But since our fellow Hungarians don’t usually know any other language…

So… since 9:30 this morning (it’s 14:00 now…) I’m trying to book a flight to Moscow. This is how it goes:

I understand that a system may fail. What I don’t understand is why they had to bring the system down in order to update the prices (it happened at about 10 a.m. this morning). Also, I don’t understand why they don’t announce this downtime on their main page, since it lasts for so many hours.

I called Customer Service, here in Romania, in Bucharest. The phone number is: 0213268072

A “robot” answers saying in both English and Romanian that this call Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00. And then she (because it’s a woman’s voice) says that for more details I should contact the website.

And this is for the woman that recorded her voice there: vacă cu cabină ce ești, în românește se zice “veveve punct malev punct com” nu “dabăl iu dabăl iu dabăl iu dot malev dot com” !

Getting past this… after she finishes saying that, the phone rings a couple of times and then they hang up!

Idioți incompenteți !

Going back to the website, I create a support ticket. I specify that the country is “Romania” and the language is “English” and the issue regards the internet service. I write my complain, click SEND and I get this email:

Why the fuck did I select English in the first place ??? As you can see in one of the screenshots, for one of the flights there is just one seat left !!! And I can’t book it because their service is down and I can’t call them !!!
